I Think Hitler Was a Good Leader,Do You?

I don’t believe that what Hitler did was right, that isn’t it at all, I think Hitler was a good leader because he got
millions to follow him and think as he did. I have no reason to believe that Hitler was a
good man, Hitler had a choice and he chose a very evil path, but he did a thing most
people would consider impossible. He got people to believe the same thing millions of
people to be together on one subject. If someone had ever said that nothing that man did
was worth being copied they would be wrong, Hitler was probably the best person ever to l
lead a country he just had very wrong notions.
Hitler was not actually elected to be the leader of Germany, the majority was
against it in the first election, nor was he elected in the second. On January 30th 1933,
President Hindenburg appointed Adolf Hitler chancellor of Germany. On February 27,a
communist terrorist named Marinus van der Lubbe was believed to have set fire to the
Reichstag. Hitler knew that people were more apt to surrender their liberties during a
crisis in order to have security, and that is exactly what happened. The day after the fire
Hitler persuaded Hindenburg to issue the decree:
Restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press; on the rights of assembly and association; and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications; and warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.
Two weeks after the Reichstag fire, Hitler asked the Reichstag to temporarily delegate its
powers to him so that he could deal with the crisis. Denouncing opponents to his request,
Hitler shouted, “Germany will be free, but not through you!” When the vote was taken,
the result was 441 for and 84 against, giving Hitler the two-thirds majority he needed to
suspend the German constitution. On March 23, 1933, what has gone down in German
history as the “Enabling Act” made Hitler dictator of Germany, freed of all legislative and
constitutional constraints.
I believe Hitler came to power in a deceitful way, but I also believe that
everything he did he believed in wholeheartedly. Unlike most leaders he did what he
thought was just and good for his country regardless of the opinions of others. Hitler kept
others fighting some, probably out of fear but I believe that people really did believe
exactly as he did. There was an assignation attempt in July of 1944 Hitler escaped with
only minor injuries, most of the plotters were executed. In early 1945 the war was already
pretty much lost. Hitler insisted that the Germans fight on till the death. During the final
German collapse in April, 1945, Hitler denounced Nazi leaders who wanted to negotiate,
and stayed in Berlin when it was stormed by the Russians. On April 29 1945 Hitler
married Eva Braun, and on April 30 they committed Suicide together in the bunker
underneath the chancellery building, after ordering their bodies burned. Even after the
evil things Hitler did, I still believe he was a very great leader.

he was definitely a great leader. you have to remember, that unlike other dictators, he was ELECTED. So, he had to be somewhat persuasive and inspiring.
Yes, he was a great leader and had a brilliant approach for getting Germany back onto her feet.
He spoilt it with his disillusions, however.
I guess you also believe the village idiot from Texass was a very good leader as well.
He was a good public speaker… clearly no military leader… no I don’t think he was a good leader because he effectively lost the war
Hitler was a great leader, just not a morally straight one. He did come to power legally which is a feat in itself and he was also very intelligent. (Until he got overambitious in Russia)
He should have been a car-salesman
By your definition, Yes, he was a very effective leader and one of the best. The fact that he was able to persuade so many to comply and accept his evil acts clearly shows his influence. His leadership skills early in his career were impeccable. I will say it again he was able to get millions, a majority of his state to do his bidding. He was able to convince other states leaders to accept his lunacy and believe he would be complacent with his power and stop his quest to rule Europe. He got Italy and Japan to side with him.
However once the bullets started flying he got a little too greedy and stopped listening to his advisers. This is where his power failed.
He was a charismatic person who others found it easy to follow because he promised a radical change.
Now compare the situation Germany was in , in 1933 to 1945 . Bombed , defeated , hated by the free world, occupied by Russians on one half and teh rest of Europe in chaos.
No, Hitler was a disaster for Germany
Yes i agree with you. He was a very great leader. I don’t agree with the holocaust but he had everything else right. I wish someone like him will come along and takeover Britain and sort all the mess on crime, immigration and defense cuts!
Sounds like TROLL to me, trying to incite to riot. That said, UP TO A POINT, I agree. For the first half of his reign, he was very good, turned the country around, got a lot of followers and did good stuff. I disagree in that he did not come into power in a deceitful way. He was a politician of his time and got the support of the people. THEN, he went crazy and THAT is when he started doing the bad stuff. Nice try at getting someone to take the bait… One last thing, it isn’t “assignation”… Thanks for the history lesson. Take a moment and look up what “assignation” really means… Here… I’ll help you with a link:

I suppose it COULD fit in a way, as after all, it WAS a meeting when the attempt on his life was made…
He did come to power, but a great deal of that was by intimidation.
A real leader would not have ordered his men to fight to the death, he would have surrendered and taken what was coming to him.
